Each group is then weighed using certified scales. The karat and weight for each group is entered into the computer and our offer is calculated based on the wholesale, or second hand gold ‘spot price’ of the day. What do you pay for gold, silver and platinum?

What is the Procedure to release Pledged Gold Loan from Bank NBFC & Others?
  • Call your Bank / Financier and check with them the outstanding Loan & Interest amount payable till date.
  • Visit MY GOLDEX  with a copy of your Gold Loan document, Photo ID, Address proof.
  • After assessment we will tell you the Feasibility & approximate value of the gold.
  • On your approval we will schedule a date for release of gold or immediately release the gold from your financier as situation depends.
  • Our executive will make the payment to your financier and takeover the gold, and at the same time valuation will be done at our MY GOLEX office.
  • The final valuation will be done and the balance payment will be paid to you immediately.
Will stone weight in jewellery be deducted?
Yes, Stones , Beads, Enamel ,Dust, weight will be deducted for valuation.Otherwise we will remove stones and any other in your jewellery and return them to you before valuation. You can choose to sell your items with or without the stones in them.
